The Value You Deliver

In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of team members across Fidelity to identify and understand crucial workspace needs, and you'll work closely with external design partners to translate those needs into innovative design solutions that embody our core values and propel our business forward!

  1. Drive Creative Solutions: Generate preliminary design concepts and recommendations that set the stage for project approval and budgeting.
  2. Ensure Excellence: Lead all aspects of design from concept to completion, ensuring that design intent is met with meticulous attention to detail and technical compliance.
  3. Elevate Our Design Ethos: Champion Fidelity's Design Ethos and Workplace Design Guidelines, ensuring they evolve with our needs and aspirations!
  4. Strategic Visionary: Collaborate on developing real estate and workplace strategies that align with our organizational goals worldwide.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  2. 15 years of proven experience in corporate real estate, interior design, and space planning at a strategic level is preferred.
  3. In-depth knowledge of interior architecture/design, building systems, and construction processes.
  4. Familiarity with evolving workplace strategies and technologies.
  5. Skilled in handling project complexities, with a knack for anticipating and resolving design/delivery issues.
  6. Confirmed experience coordinating consultants across various trades, including architects, engineers, and interior design specialists.
  7. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and InDesign.
  8. Strong communicator, capable of influencing team members to align with a shared vision.
  9. Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
  10. Experienced in budget, scheduling, and scope management.
