Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Design, with expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and creative direction.
Other Requirements:
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user-testing platforms.
- Familiarity with visual builders like Replo, Shogun, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with testing and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design, conversion optimization, and user engagement strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a user-first approach who can balance aesthetics, functionality, and business goals.
- Able to work closely with developers, marketers, and leadership to bring concepts to life.
