The Role:
The Creative Lead will play a critical role in defining and elevating MomentM’s visual identity while also supporting the Head of Marketing in executing a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a strategic, design-forward, and hands-on approach to art direction, graphic design, UX/UI, packaging, and photoshoot production, ensuring a seamless and compelling consumer journey across e-commerce, social, paid media, and product packaging.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision and the ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven design, bringing expertise in digital and print execution while also providing creative leadership in shaping MomentM’s overall aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Art Direction:
- Develop and evolve MomentM’s visual identity, ensuring a premium and cohesive brand aesthetic across all channels.
- Lead creative direction for photoshoots and video production, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and content teams to craft compelling brand storytelling.
- Provide art direction and oversee the production of campaign assets, digital content, and packaging design.
Graphic Design & Digital Execution:
- Create and execute high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, including Shopify, email marketing (Klaviyo), social media, and paid media campaigns.
- Develop conversion-optimized designs for landing pages, e-commerce experiences, and performance marketing materials.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to test and iterate on creative assets for maximum impact.
UX/UI & E-Commerce:
- Own the visual and user experience strategy for the Shopify storefront, ensuring seamless navigation and a compelling brand experience.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to e-commerce, optimizing site layout, product pages, and digital touchpoints for both functionality and aesthetics.
Packaging & Print Design:
- Design and refine product packaging, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s identity and appeals to our target audience.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and print vendors to oversee material selection, production, and execution.
Creative Leadership & Collaboration:
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop multi-channel campaign concepts and execute cohesive brand storytelling.
- Work closely with social, content, and paid media teams to ensure creative alignment across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external creative partners, including agencies, freelancers, and production teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, UX/UI, and brand development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, packaging, and e-commerce creative.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma), with a working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Experience in photoshoot production and creative direction, including working with photographers and videographers is a plus.
- An understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI, and performance-driven creative.
