Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Execute: Design high-impact creatives for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS) and performance marketing (Google, Meta ads).
- Data-Driven Creativity: Optimize visuals based on engagement and conversion insights.
- Multi-Channel Excellence: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- A/B Testing & Iteration: Refine designs based on performance metrics.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Guide internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Trend & Innovation Focus: Experiment with AI tools and automation in design.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, CRM, or performance marketing.
- NIFT or equivalent design background.
- Strong brand & industry awareness, especially in fashion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
