Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to brainstorm and execute design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Leverage a range of design and editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to produce exceptional quality work.
- Develop and oversee a content calendar for social media, facilitating content creation and implementation.
- Manage brand photography for marketing endeavors as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement imaginative campaigns and strategies.
- Remain informed on the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and marketing, integrating new methodologies into your work.
- Assist with operational aspects of marketing events and promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies or service providers to ensure high-quality outputs that align with brand standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms, crafting engaging content, and analyzing data to enhance online visibility.
- Comprehensive understanding of brand management and ensuring consistent representation across all channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the CPG, retail, or food sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms and creating captivating content.
- Proven expertise in graphic design, copywriting, social media management, and brand promotion.
