Position: Digital Media Planner (no West Coast candidates will be considered - only East and as far as Central)


Must Have

  1. Creative and copy writing skills
  2. Digital Media Planning and Executing
  3. Placing ads on SM Channels such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google
  4. Rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units
  5. Strong Computer Skills: MS Office, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and prefer Salesforce

Position Summary

  1. Develop and Execute Digital Media Campaigns
  2. Assist in researching and assessing options for media plans based on the objectives
  3. Develop and edit content
  4. Gather ad specifications, collect creative assets, release assets to partners/vendors
  5. Develop and execute AB tests and perform QA on ad creative to ensure specifications are met
  6. Interact with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan
  7. Resolve technical and performance issues
  8. Lead day-to-day campaign executions
  9. Optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
  10. Participate in ad hoc projects to help grow Client’s digital efforts
  11. Report and analyze campaign performance
  12. Collect data needed for post campaign reports and develop readouts for campaign owners including samples, highlights and recommendations
  13. Resolve any tracking and reporting discrepancies with analytics tools and/or partners/vendors
  14. Analyze data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure campaigns effectively reach their target audience
  15. Provide operational support
  16. Vendor management
  17. Process new contracts and revisions into management system
  18. Maintain/Create/Update monthly campaign schedules and ensure projects and campaigns stay on track

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years digital media operations experience
  2. Ad Agency experience preferred
  3. Experience executing ads on SM channels such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Creative and copy writing skills (samples will be required during the interview process)
  7. Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units
  8. Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  9. Adobe Analytics Suite or Google Analytics required
  10. Omni-cloud marketing platform such as Salesforce preferred
