Role overview

Following a significant new client acquisition, we are looking for a hands-on Media Account Director to join one of our B2B fully integrated marketing agencies with a keen focus on technology. You will join a growing and thriving team to lead the new client account and help us expand the business in the USA as we expect other clients to follow soon. Reporting to our Media Planning Director, you will work closely with our teams to coordinate all aspects of planning, buying, activation, and reporting ensuring that clients get best-in-class results and service.

We operate a hybrid remote model, which enables you to work predominantly from home (anywhere on the East Coast only) and, when necessary, attend the office in NYC.

As a Media Account Director at Next 15, you will:

  • Develop and manage key accounts to drive business growth and success.

  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Lead the media account team to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Optimise media budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment.

  • Manage campaigns effectively and analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions.

  • Innovate and adapt to emerging trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

  • Coordinate technical aspects of campaigns and ensure flawless implementation.

You will bring:

  • At least 7 years of media planning and buying experience, specialising in digital and international markets.

  • Knowledge of the media landscape, encompassing both online and offline channels.

  • Team management experience

  • Experience in lead generation for B2B clients.

  • Familiarity with Tableau and Convertr for reporting purposes.

  • Experience running campaigns on LinkedIn.

  • Knowledge of B2B media and marketing.

  • Knowledge of content syndication.

  • Knowledge of DCM (also known as Google Campaign Manager)for trafficking, reporting, and analysing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in creating floodlight tags and implementing partner pixels on site and ads using DCM.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics for campaign analysis and tagging.
