Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and be able to work at heights.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on towers and rooftops.
2. Climb towers and work at heights up to 500 feet.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
4. Complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certification.
2. Ability to pass a background test and drug screen.
3. Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
