We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Specifications Writer with the following desired qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the architecture field, including 5 years of experience writing specifications
3. Understanding of the selection and integration of building systems
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and building codes
5. Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
6. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organizational skills
9. Ability to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
10. Effective time management
11. Hard-working and positive attitude
