We are looking for a Local Area Marketer who will help build sales at the local level by establishing relationships and increasing guest loyalty. You will assist the General Manager in the creation and implementation of in-restaurant and community marketing plans.

As a Local Restaurant Marketer your job includes:

• Assisting in all types of marketing events inside and outside of the restaurant!
• Reaching out to members of the community through calls and visits to plan Give Back Nights, catering, and other events
• Working with Area Director and OTB Management to review and plan future Local Restaurant Marketing efforts
• Chipping! Visit local businesses and share the glory of On The Border Chips & Salsa with the world
• Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or other business necessities
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to work within the appropriate level of independence
• Maintain a high sense of responsibility
