We do not hire just anyone; we are looking for strong salespeople that are focused on growth. You must be closing at least $500,000 a month to be considered as we provide a lot of support and resources.

Our Offer To You:

1. We offer 200 BPS, no other fees. You can cap and earn 275 BPS.
2. If you are closing over $1m per month, you can start at 225 BPS.
3. Arive LOS.
4. Connections to agents to grow your network.
5. Help with credit fees after volume thresholds.
6. The ability to waive the 3-day CD on tight files.

Qualifications:

1. Loan Officers and Loan Origination skills.
2. High Integrity.
3. Active NMLS License.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
