Marketing & Creative Copywriter
to join our high-energy, fast-paced team! Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you’ll develop and drive
360° marketing programs
for our biggest launches and core hero products—writing everything from snappy site copy to campaign storytelling that stops the scroll. If you’re obsessed with beauty, thrive in a collaborative environment, and can turn product benefits into cultural moments, we want you on our team! Responsibilities : Develop compelling, on-brand copy
for all marketing channels, including digital, social, email, packaging, and in-store. Conceptualize and craft taglines, campaign messaging, and storytelling
for new product launches and core hero products. Drive 360° marketing programs
from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(creative, social, digital, PR, retailers, product development, etc) to bring campaigns to life. Stay ahead of trends
in beauty, social media, and culture to create buzzworthy marketing moments. Write and refine product positioning, key benefits, and messaging frameworks
that resonate with tarte’s audience. Support retailer marketing initiatives
with copy for Ulta, Sephora, QVC, and beyond. Optimize messaging based on analytics and performance insights
to drive engagement and conversion. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
while maintaining high creative standards. Leads creation of product concepts , marketing copy, claims, & education materials Analyzes sales data , industry trends, product reviews, and competitive research to identify actionable insight Manages & develops team members , delegating assignments & supporting career growth Requirements : Bachelor's Degree Min 7+ years relevant Marketing experience - beauty industry required Exceptional analytical & creative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all departments Works independently & takes initiative to problem solve in a fast-paced environment Flexible & adaptable to change Our Perks: Salary range: $110,000-130,000 (Compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education) Medical, dental, vision, 401K plan & access to health & wellness programs Paid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & more Makeup gratis, employee discount on tarte.com, team give back initiatives Friendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
