Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Local Advertising Sales / Business Development Representative. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to build relationships with local businesses, and ready to grow within the advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new local business opportunities to generate advertising sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored advertising solutions for clients, showcasing the benefits of Social Indoor’s unique advertising platform.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to demonstrate the value of indoor advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, prospecting, and in-person sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (training will be provided).
  • Passionate about advertising and eager to grow within the industry.
