We are seeking an Associate Creative Director/Art Director who is dedicated to excelling at their craft and to having a life outside of work. This is an opportunity to work under one of the most passionate and people-focused CCOs in the business. You will have the opportunity to produce award-winning creative and mentor/lead a very talented group of Art Directors and Designers. What you won't be doing is wasting time on new business pitches or creating work for testing, since we don't do either.
This position will report to the Executive Creative Director and will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Job Description Work in partnership with other Creatives and at the direction of the CCO to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs across a wide range of media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences, and content.

Own the assignment; ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables.
Serve as the career mentor for direct reports through development and performance management.
Actively engage in the recruitment of new Creatives.
Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate, inform, and interact with company owners and business presidents on a regular basis.

A killer portfolio that demonstrates your ability to come up with simple, original ideas and innovative approaches across channels, along with the writing skills and attention to detail to execute superbly in a variety of mediums.

A proven commitment to hard work and collaboration even under the pressure of tight deadlines or multiple assignments.
A professional attitude and an openness to feedback that commands the respect of supervisors, clients, and colleagues.
At least 7 years of experience as an ad agency Art Director working on 360 campaigns.
Pay Range: $160,000 - $180,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
