The Role.
We're seeking a dynamic and creative Content Specialist to lead and elevate the content creation journey for our clients. In this role, you'll dive deep into audience insights, craft compelling strategies, and oversee the entire content lifecycle – from ideation to publication. Key responsibilities as a Content Specialist:
- Collaborate across teams – Partner with creative, digital, and account teams to spark fresh ideas, define content goals, and ensure seamless, on-time delivery.
- Stay ahead of trends – Dive into content and consumer research to keep our work relevant, engaging, and on the cutting edge.
- Craft impactful strategies – Develop content plans that not only resonate with target audiences but also drive key marketing objectives.
- Create with purpose – Produce compelling content across social media, websites, blogs, and press releases, shaping stories that stand out and drive engagement.
- Keep it consistent – Oversee content calendars and ensure brand voice and messaging remain unified across all platforms.
- Measure and optimize – Track performance through analytics, delivering actionable insights through reports and presentations that push campaigns to the next level.
- Maintain excellence – Uphold best practices, align with company policies, and ensure every piece of content reflects the highest quality standards.
Ideal skills & qualifications for success:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar fields.
- Preferred at least 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Business Manager.
- Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Cloud products.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; from client presentations to social media native captions
- Knowledge of SEO, Online Search, Display Advertising, Social Media mediums and an understanding of how these channels work together.
- Knowledge of targeting tactics and when to use them: Retargeting, Lookalike, Interest & Behavior, etc.
- Knowledge of email marketing practices and campaign development.
- Digital Agency experience, Google Analytics, Experience with Social Media Platform advertising are all a plus.
