As the Founding Designer , you will lead all creative efforts at Casca—from branding and marketing assets to product interfaces and video campaigns. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision supports our ambitious mission of transforming the banking industry through AI. Drive Branding & Marketing
Lead the Creative Vision : Define, refine, and maintain Casca’s overall design strategy, ensuring all visual outputs—from web experiences to videos—are cohesive and on-brand.
Qualifications UI/UX Design: Strong expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar design leadership role (startup experience a plus).
Brand & Identity Design: Proven ability to develop and evolve a brand’s visual identity across various channels.
Design Expertise: Exceptional understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
Collaborative Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
