Graphic Designer (Hybrid Role)
We’re on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team and support the Ardán family of companies. Your mission? What You’ll Do
· Create eye-catching graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials for both digital and print (think flipbooks, flyers, swag, one-pagers, etc.)
· Update and enhance design assets, including logos, icons, maps, and charts—ensuring everything is polished and professional
· Keep an eagle eye on quality and accuracy in every piece you create
· Stay on top of design trends, social media standards, and marketing best practices to keep us ahead of the curve
· Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions, bringing bold ideas to the table
· Listen to customers’ requests to understand, discuss, and even question the desired solutions
What You Bring
· Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—bonus points for experience with other Adobe tools)
· Strong PPT and presentation design skills
· Bonus skills that give you an edge? Event design experience, motion graphics, or CSS knowledge
· Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines without breaking a sweat
· Creative problem-solving chops and a collaborative, can-do attitude

Physical Demands
This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as computers, phones, copiers, printers, etc in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
