Overview: 


As our Influencer & Partnerships Specialist, you will be in charge of spearheading our new influencer marketing initiatives. Your role will be key in developing influencer collaborations across the different social media platforms Easy Clothes operates on. Each of the collaboration need to be strategically ideated and executed to align with new collections themes (launching every 2 weeks) to amass more awareness to the brand & its collections. Your goal is to drive eyes and bring in new audiences through influencers that share similar demographics and embody the brand's vision. In this role you will be expected to deliver consistent strategies and execute on those from start to finish, including the scouting, negotiation, deliverables and present results to management.


Key Responsibilities & Objectives:


  • Spearhead the development of influencer marketing for Easy Clothes from ideation to execution - to help grow collection and brand reach.
  • Proactive and selective influencer outreach across various social media channels that match brand and collection vision.
  • Help guide influencers to create engaging and high reach content that connects with new alike audiences for Easy Clothes.
  • Consistently ideate and pinpoint with marketing team themes for new collections and appropriate type of content needed for each.
  • Stay ahead of launches and coordinate efforts and posting times to maximise the launch of each collection.
  • Create potential brand partnerships or collaborations that align with Collection launches and or influencers.
  • Manage go-to-market strategies for upcoming partnerships and storytelling across our social media.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize budgets to grow sales and deliver maximum ROI possible.
  • Payment systems overview and execution depending on platform or influencer
  • Negotiation and pricing strategies that optimizes budget and results


Role Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in influencer or affiliate marketing across Instagram or TikTok
  • Deep understanding of relevant current trends, women's fashion and micro + macro influencers in the women's fashion space.
  • Analytical skills to detect and vet good influencers based on relevant metrics and KPIs depending on the campaign's goal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to stack on going projects ahead of time
  • History of working collaboratively with a team and finding solutions together
  • Creative mindset on how to guide partnerships to be impactful and relevant based on individual influencer
  • On site 4 days a week + 1 day remote. Monday - Friday. Core Business hours (9-5)
  • Ability to commute to the new HQ 4 days a week (City of Commerce)
