Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing we are seeking an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs. This role will oversee partnerships with content creators, media affiliates, and deal sites to drive external traffic and revenue to Amazon

Role Description
Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing we are seeking an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs. This role will oversee partnerships with content creators, media affiliates, and deal sites to drive external traffic and revenue to Amazon
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing:
- Develop and execute our Amazon-focused affiliate strategy to maximize sales and brand exposure.
- Manage and grow Amazon-centric affiliate partnerships (Levanta, Archer Affiliates, Wayward Affiliates, Creator Connections) and traditional affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, Awin, ShareASale).
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, deal sites, and media partners to drive traffic and conversions.
- Optimize performance through commission strategies, exclusive deals, and structured Amazon promotions.
- Analyze and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue impact, optimizing based on performance.
- Stay ahead of trends in Amazon's affiliate ecosystem, identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy designed to drive traffic and GMV to our brand partners' Amazon listings.
- Source, vet, and onboard influencers relevant to our partners' products via platforms like Superfiliate, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Grin, and Amazon Influencers.
- Manage relationships with micro and macro influencers, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and converts into Amazon sales.
- Negotiate influencer partnerships, including fee-based sponsorships, affiliate commissions, and hybrid compensation models.
- Coordinate product seeding programs, securing influencer-generated content (UGC) that highlights partners' Amazon listings.
- Track and measure influencer campaign performance, leveraging Amazon attribution, affiliate data, and engagement metrics to optimize ROAS.
- Develop strategies for increasing visibility on Amazon-related channels such as Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, YouTube product reviews, and Instagram Shopping.
- Identify and collaborate with high-performing influencers to create evergreen content that continuously drives external traffic to Amazon.
- Build relationships with influencer agencies and creator networks to expand brand visibility efficiently.
Affiliate Marketing Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in an Amazon-focused eCommerce environment.
- Hands-on experience sourcing and scaling direct deal partnerships with large media publishing houses.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs through platforms such as Levanta, Archer Affiliates, Wayward Affiliates, and Creator Connections.
- Hands-on experience with traditional affiliate networks like CJ, Impact, Awin, ShareASale, or similar.
- Understanding of Amazon's affiliate and external traffic ecosystem, including experience structuring commission-based incentive programs.
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and optimize affiliates & deal site partners to drive measurable eCommerce revenue.
- Experience structuring affiliate promotions, including specialized Amazon deal codes and private offers to boost partner performance.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage affiliate platform insights to optimize traffic and conversion strategies.
- Direct experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Live, Blogs, and more).
- Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and platforms such as Superfiliate, Upfluence, Grin, AspireIQ, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and Amazon Influencer Program.
- Strong ability to negotiate influencer contracts, structuring hybrid payment models (commission, flat fee, and performance-based compensation).
- Understanding of influencer campaign execution, including product seeding, UGC (user-generated content), and Amazon attribution tracking.
- Experience driving eCommerce traffic through influencer partnerships, with a strong focus on Amazon-specific conversion strategies.
- Proficiency in measuring influencer performance using Amazon Attribution, affiliate metrics, and social engagement data.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for both affiliate and influencer efforts.
- Problem-solving skills to continuously optimize partnerships and sales funnels for maximum GMV impact on Amazon.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with internal teams on product selection, creative direction, and brand messaging alignment.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to onboard, manage, and retain high-value affiliate and influencer partners.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership and scaling affiliate/influencer programs.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
