Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in developing and executing our marketing strategies, contributing to brand growth and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of traditional marketing principles. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging. Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility.
• Brochure Design: Create and design marketing brochures that effectively communicate our product offerings and company values. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brochures meet client needs.
• Quote Layout Design: Develop and design professional quote layouts that align with our brand standards. Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
• Product Promotion: Work with Sales to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new and existing products, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in website management and content creation.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
