About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing to take charge of our marketing strategy and execution, driving business growth and brand awareness. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a standalone position, directly reporting to the owner/operator. The Director of Marketing will manage a substantial marketing budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, digital marketing, and website performance to drive conversions.
  • Design and oversee website development and optimization efforts.
  • Leverage AI-driven marketing strategies to enhance outreach and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring maximum ROI as the budget scales.
  • Develop and execute branding strategies to establish a strong market presence.
  • Manage media marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Work with a graphic artist to create compelling visual content.
  • Clearly communicate marketing plans and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Attend marketing events and conferences, with the possibility of quarterly national travel.


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience in the medical field and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing.
  • A proven track record of managing a sizable marketing budget.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone marketing role, with direct reporting to the owner.
  • Expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for market research and campaign analysis.
  • Experience in branding, media marketing, and event participation.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying marketing strategies and outcomes.
