We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist who thrives on both execution and strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing paid social channels, and launching new products across various platforms. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves for hands-on work while also taking a step back to align marketing efforts with Senso’s broader vision.

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize performance.
• Lead new product launches, ensuring strong positioning across digital, retail, and other distribution channels.
• Oversee store design and visual merchandising strategies to create compelling brand experiences.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with Senso’s long-term goals.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and budgets.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a premium product or design-driven industry.
• Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, paid social, and campaign management.
• A strategic mindset – able to zoom out and align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Experience in branding, store design, or retail marketing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
