Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase showroom traffic, and drive digital engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and automotive industry knowledge to manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with dealership goals.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website content, SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional videos, and advertising content.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute traditional and digital advertising campaigns, including radio, TV, print, and online media.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, sponsor events, and manage public relations efforts to maintain a strong local presence.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop loyalty programs, promotions, and referral initiatives to enhance customer retention and brand advocacy.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Event Planning: Coordinate dealership events, product launches, and sponsorship activities to attract potential customers and engage existing ones.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to dealership leadership.
- Partnerships & Vendor Management: Work with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing software, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
