We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate international and domestic markets to identify emerging trends (products, machines, etc.)
- Propose strategies to expand the company’s presence and offerings both locally and globally.
- Regularly update and maintain the company's social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and relevant.
- Provide monthly reports on social media performance, analyzing trends and growth metrics.
- Develop and manage a quarterly content calendar for social media, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Create engaging content to increase views, likes, followers, and global visibility.
- Ensure the company website remains up-to-date with accurate information.
- Research and identify relevant trade shows both in the U.S. and internationally, managing registration and logistics for attendees.
- Oversee the booth design, promotional materials, and freight management for trade shows.
- Organize trade show materials, including samples, giveaways, gifts, and catering (if applicable).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist in the coordination of exhibition giveaways and customer visit gifts (both domestic and international).
- Propose holiday gift ideas and manage the ordering process in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Manage key databases, including Amazon, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally supporting a sales team.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus.
- Experience in digital photography and video editing is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of basic business and marketing principles.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and creative skills, including writing and editing abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily internationally.
Additional Information:
- Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
- Ideal for individuals with at least an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
