JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist

 

E-470 OVERVIEW:                                                         

 

E-470 Public Highway Authority is a dynamic 47-mile toll road on the eastern perimeter of the Denver Metro area that serves its customers as well as providing back-office tolling services for all other toll facilities in the State of Colorado. E-470 strives to provide top-notch customer service, improve safety and save time for our drivers while being Colorado’s one-stop-shop for tolling. 

 

JOB FUNCTION:

 The Marketing Specialist supports all functions of E-470’s Marketing and Communications efforts. This role is immersed in social media strategy and content creation, email marketing campaigns, analytical research, reputation management, website design, marketing and advertising support, brand consistency and more.

 

JOB DUTIES:

·        Content design creation and posting to all of E-470’s social media channels that aligns with the digital media strategy. 

·        Complete customer email content and all email marketing monthly and quarterly campaigns to generate click-throughs to the website, open accounts, encourage account management and inform customers of business updates through creative and written content and scheduling.

·        Track analytics of marketing, advertising, social media and email marketing campaigns to determine effectiveness and assess trends.

·        Conduct updates to E-470.com and ExpressToll.com and generate ideas for enhancements and improvements to our web presence.

·        Participate in the execution of annual media buys by providing analytical data about partner performance.

·        Support YouTube video collateral, including script writing and planning for video efforts to further enhance the customer experience.

·        Contribute to other communication efforts such as customer contests, community relation and monthly customer communications.

·        Assist with the preparation of correspondence and presentation materials.

·        Act as the backup to the Public Relations Specialist as needed.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.

·        Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Design software.

·        Excellent attention to detail with strong multi-tasking skills.

·        Experience with search engine optimization and Google Analytics.

·        Experience with Google Adwords and other digital advertising efforts.

·        Possess strong verbal and written skills and strong experience in Microsoft Office suite.

·        Experience in managing the social media presence for a business.

·        Experience with creating and implementing email marketing campaigns.

·        Prefer experience in web content applications such as Sharepoint or HTML.

·        Prefer experience or knowledge related to a customer service center.

·        Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

 

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

•      Pay Range: $60,000-75,000
