We are looking for a Marketing Specialist

Location – Orem, Utah, United States

Our company in Orem, Utah, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SFC Energy’s EFOY brand in the U.S. market. This role combines expertise in event management, social media, and brand development, supporting the Business Development (BD) team to achieve growth targets. The Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the North America Marketing Team, reporting functionally to the Head of Marketing in Calgary, Canada, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across regions. Your part in our team:

Brand Development

• Drive the development and expansion of the EFOY brand in the U.S. market.
• Create and execute brand strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Event Management

• Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate logistics, messaging, and on-site activities to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with BD teams to align event objectives with business priorities.
• Assist with planning for trade shows by tracking dates, marketing material, memberships, etc.

Social Media Management

• Support with development of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis across platforms.
• Engage with target audiences to build a robust online community

Business Development Support

• Provide marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional assets to support BD activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform BD strategies.
• Collaborate with BD teams on lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Act as the marketing point of contact in Orem, fostering close collaboration with regional teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Marketing.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of North America marketing initiatives.

What you should bring along:

• Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the clean energy industry
• Proven expertise in event management, social media strategies, and brand development
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Creative and innovative thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Preferably knowledgeable in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), and content management tools like WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Familiarity with energy or related industries a plus.
