Position Overview:
Ashton Woods is looking for an innovative and analytical Digital Media Manager to join our team. Strong candidates should be able to demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude with a keen interest in driving both brand awareness and direct impact to the bottom line via lead generation through a variety of digital channels and creative executions. Top candidates will display natural leadership qualities with fantastic time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Organizational subject matter expert on all digital media matters.
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments and client teams.
- Work with in-house and outside agency teams to develop creative impactful messaging that is on brand, and effective for dissemination via search engines, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
- Collaborate with field division marketing teams to drive local market media performance.
- Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies that support the business goals.
- Lead strategic media planning sessions and team meetings.
- Create and execute educational initiatives for the paid media team (e.g., developing internal resources and training sessions).
- Set media goals and KPIs, and devise strategies to achieve and measure them.
- Develop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate media performance.
- Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns.
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports that monitor key media metrics, quality, and campaign performance.
- Oversee pre-launch and post-buy performance audits and optimization efforts to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the media plans.
- Provide regular media performance reviews, identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related degree; or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 3 years' experience with paid media.
- Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video).
- Experience with digital marketing tactics across channels (e.g., search engine marketing, social, email, display).
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting, A/B testing, programmatic platforms, and media buys.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with bid management and ad serving platforms.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines.
- Ability to review, analyze and interpret information as well as trouble-shoot to solve problems.
- Knowledge of business English and ability to communicate patiently and professionally with both internal and external customers both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Must be able to perform calculations
- Employees in the position are required to be able to hear and have vision sufficient to utilize all office equipment.
- Use of hands and fingers is required to utilize standard office equipment.
- Requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment. Work is typically sedentary in nature, but some walking and standing maybe required
- Fast paced environment subject to numerous schedule and priority change and short notice activity.
