ROLE DESCRIPTION; As a Marketing Analyst reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform our U.S. expansion strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating marketing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies. A solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior is essential. In office position based in LA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize analytics to extract insights guiding strategic decisions across campaigns, GTM strategies, and growth initiatives. Create clear, concise presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry shifts to inform marketing strategies and product development. Evaluate performance of marketing channels to identify optimization opportunities. Aggregate data to understand key business drivers, including conversion rates and customer acquisition. QUALIFICATIONS: Ideally 5-10 year’s business experience, must have 3+ years in marketing strategy Experience with Adobe Analytics, MMM, Matched Market Testing, or Multi-Touch Attribution is a plus; Proficiency in Excel & GA4 required Expertise in paid media analysis (search, social, display, TV) preferred Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings Thrives in startups, focusing on innovation and market expansion Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy Beverage or CPG industry knowledge is a plus Spanish a plus
