Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and promote our innovative energy drink brand to a wide variety of clients. As a Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting relationships with clients along with ensuring the successful distribution of our energy drink products to retailers, gyms, convenience stores and other target markets. You will be an ambassador for our brand and work closely with our internal teams to exceed sales goals and expand market presence. Qualifications: · Minimum education high school graduate/GED · Ability to maintain fit & image and capacity to consistently uphold professionalism · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently, take initiative, and create opportunities · Passion for selling, closing deals, and driving revenue · Understanding of brand positioning, promotions, and consumer engagement · Background in Sales/Marketing; experience in beverage sales, fitness, or promotional marketing is a plus! · Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities · High-energy personality that aligns with our brand and excites customers · Able to commute to assigned market areas · Valid driver’s license · Bilingual, English/Spanish highly desirable Responsibilities: · Generate leads, pitch our energy drink, and close deals with retailers, gyms, convenience stores, and distributors · Represent our brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activations to create excitement and demand · Develop relationships with key retailers, influencers, and fitness communities to drive product adoption · Host in-store tastings, sampling events, and experiential marketing campaigns · Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to refine sales strategies · Meet and exceed sales targets while providing feedback to improve marketing efforts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
