Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams on key initiatives, aligning communication strategies with business goals.
  • Manage communication campaigns, including strategy, messaging, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop executive messages (speeches, presentations, etc.) and ensure consistent tone.
  • Create and manage public relations materials (media kits, press releases) to build brand awareness.
  • Develop internal communications strategies to support HR initiatives, organizational changes, and training.
  • Monitor and manage reputation risks, proactively addressing issues and creating response strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform communication strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong AP Style writing and editing skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Experience working on consumer brands, lifestyle, hospitality, B2C accounts highly desired.
