We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and organized Studio Sale Support Specialist to help build our member base and establish strong community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Contact and nurture warm leads via phone, text, and email to encourage membership sign-ups.
- Maintain organized records of lead interactions in the VoIP system.
- Assist in executing text/email automation strategies to keep leads engaged.
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses to cross-promote and host tabling events.
- Develop relationships with wellness-focused businesses (gyms, yoga studios, nutritionists, chiropractors, etc.) to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate and attend B2B meetings to introduce Perspire Sauna Studio and discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Research and secure local community events, farmers markets, wellness fairs, and networking groups for brand exposure.
- Organize and manage tabling events to educate potential members about infrared sauna therapy.
- Assist in marketing material distribution (rack cards and promotional items).
- People person: Youre outgoing, confident, and enjoy building relationships.
- Sales & marketing savvy: Experience in lead generation, sales, or community outreach is a plus.
- Organized & proactive: You can manage multiple tasks and follow up without constant supervision.
- Passion for wellness: You believe in the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and can communicate them effectively.
- Tech-friendly: Comfortable using CRM software, Google Suite, and communication tools.
