Key Responsibilities: Executive Support:

Seamlessly manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare executives for high-stakes engagements. Business Operations:

Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Strategic Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring flawless communication. Event & Travel Management:

Plan executive travel, itineraries, and company events with meticulous attention to detail. Confidentiality & Discretion:

Handle sensitive business matters with the utmost professionalism and privacy.

Who You Are: A highly polished, strategic problem-solver who operates with a hands on approach and a high-touch aesthetic. An autonomous, proactive professional who can multi-task and navigate an extremely busy schedule and can also pivot quickly. An exceptional communicator and organizer who juggles multiple priorities effortlessly. A tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual comfortable with business processes, financial tracking, and executive-level logistics.

Qualifications: 8+ years of executive support and office management experience, preferably in media, branding, or entertainment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—impeccable grammar is a must. Proven ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and execute independently. Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion, especially in high-profile environments. Tech-proficient in Google Suite, project management tools, and financial tracking software.
