Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing and Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to support our marketing initiatives while also handling essential executive administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a knack for multitasking, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to both marketing and organizational functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms. Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and help the marketing team develop marketing strategies. Help marketing content and e-commerce teams with a variety of tasks that can include support on photoshoots, product description writing, POs and more. Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. Help to track, audit and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Executive Admin Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the marketing team and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Handle routine correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems with accuracy. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Oversee office supplies inventory. Take initiative to organize and manage office common areas, including break room/kitchen and conference room.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and graphic design software is a plus. Must have graphic design experience in Canva and adobe. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
