Job Description
A minimum of 3 year of experience in UX design, website Management, or customer service required. The successful candidate will be proficient in UX/CX practices and has experience with content strategy and content management systems including WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. The UX/CX Specialist will have a "yes" mindset when fulfilling the needs of customers and is comfortable with changing technologies. This customer focused and data driven Individual will utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to better understand our customers. Experience with HTML, SCC, and JavaScript would be an asset to role. All Mascoma Bank team members must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy!
This position can be performed hybrid within our service areas.
