About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a UX Designer III to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing. As a UX Designer III, you will be responsible for designing and integrating our existing and new products into intuitive and engaging user experiences for our healthcare technology products and our proprietary data platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. The UX Designer's work will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are not only functional but also user-friendly and aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals.

About The Role:
Intelliguard has an excellent opportunity for a UX Designer III to join our team in Columbus, OH reporting to the Chief Product and Marketing. As a UX Designer III, you will be responsible for designing and integrating our existing and new products into intuitive and engaging user experiences for our healthcare technology products and our proprietary data platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions. The UX Designer's work will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are not only functional but also user-friendly and aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of healthcare professionals interacting with our products, particularly focusing on our proprietary data platform.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions for complex data-driven interfaces.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with IntelliGuard's brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience, ensuring clarity in data visualization.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction, with an emphasis on data interaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product, especially concerning data presentation and user interaction.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and healthcare technology, with a focus on data platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We Would Love To Hear From You, If:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including work on proprietary data platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Other Information:
- Onsite role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
- This role may require travel with evening and weekend work, working with challenging clients, and setting up equipment and visual banners and displays.
- The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear.
