What will you do?
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user experience research, particularly within the context of enterprise applications. This role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience of our enterprise software, ensuring it meets the needs of our employees and aligns with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX Research Initiatives
· Develop and implement comprehensive UX research strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
· Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
· Utilize a variety of research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
Analyze Data and Present Findings
· Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
· Present research findings to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, designers, and engineers.
· Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that inform design and product decisions.
Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
· Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development process.
· Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
· Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to provide a user-centric perspective.
Drive Continuous Improvement
· Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research and enterprise software.
· Mentor and coach product designers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
· Contribute to the development and refinement of UX research methodologies and processes.

· Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
· BA/BS degree required with emphasis on user research, user experience, human factors, psychology or relevant field. Master’s degree a plus.
· At least 5 years of experience in UX research, with a focus on enterprise applications.
· Proven track record of leading UX research projects from inception to completion.
