The Senior Analytics Manager plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across our campaigns and client initiatives. This individual will lead the creation of comprehensive reporting, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and guide strategic insights that fuel impactful marketing strategies.

We’re looking for a data-driven storyteller with expertise in measurement, audience development, and campaign optimization who can translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop topline, mid-campaign, and end-of-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Provide proactive recommendations on media strategies, audience targeting, and creative assets to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, and account teams to implement data-driven optimizations in real-time.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to develop and scale 1st-party data strategies, including acquisition, segmentation, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage 1st-party data for enhanced targeting and personalization.
  • Act as the primary liaison with measurement partners such as Nielsen, Kantar, and Comscore.
  • Design pre- and post-campaign measurement frameworks to ensure robust analysis.
  • Oversee attribution and ROI measurement across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights that inform creative strategies, media buys, and audience engagement plans.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data to guide campaign planning and execution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in data storytelling, helping translate analytics into compelling narratives for clients and teams.
  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, technologies, and trends in analytics, measurement, and audience development.
  • Continuously refine processes and methodologies to enhance the agency’s analytics capabilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years in analytics, ideally within an advertising agency or marketing organization.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Skilled in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledgeable about media measurement platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore).
  • Deep understanding of campaign measurement and optimization across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Hands-on experience with 1st-party audience strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for distilling complex data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for data storytelling
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
