The Richmond Flying Squirrels are looking for an experienced Video Board Operator to manage the onsite video board display system. This role is part of our game day staff and plays a vital role in creating an exciting and memorable experience for Flying Squirrels fans throughout the season.

$23 per hour
This is a part-time, seasonal position requiring availability on game days with an estimate of 210 total required hours for the 2025 season. Given the nature of baseball, the total number of hours is in no way guaranteed and is subject to change based on pace of play and potential inclement weather.
This position is required for the duration of the full baseball game and also required for some pre and post-game activities. Call times may vary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate the video board display system for pre-game, in-game, and post-game content, ensuring a seamless run of show.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Coordinator and Gameday Executive Producer to ensure smooth transitions between systems during production.
- Stay fully engaged for the entire duration of each game while maintaining a strong understanding of baseball.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Past experience using Daktronics Show Control, Motion Rocket LaunchPad, or other videoboard control systems.
- A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who excels under pressure.
- Experience juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Passion for sports entertainment and a drive to deliver the best show in baseball.
- Knowledge and interest in music or video board graphics.
- Ability to interact professionally with fans, clients, staff, and public figures.
