Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This team will be supporting customer facing design for messaging systems aligned to two way communication. The candidate shall be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across Digital Channel portfolios within an Agile team. Candidates will be responsible for a track of work that supports conversational and chat bot design aligned to messaging and content. Candidates will be working in a team environment to help shape and think through the way components and the design system library for the chat bot will fit within the current structure. In this role there will be a focus on reviewing the application to maintain consistency across chat bot components, creating new components in Figma specific to their conversational channel, and supporting end to end design system work aligned to the conversational flows within the portfolio. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and lead design specs with stakeholders, as well as implementing design strategy and new components for UI within this scope of work.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience within UX design for consumer facing products or services
Hands on with Figma
Experience with design systems - designing new components and UI
Understanding of Information Architecture
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work within an ambiguous track of work
Cross team collaboration and ability to work through different use cases that could be slated for development
Knowledge of how to express brand through UI components that may not be fully branded
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of RCS or SMS - content, imagery and video sharing with consumers - designing that experience
Conversation or messaging design
Business to Consumer two way communication - messaging/chat bot/ complex flows
