Production Designer - Contract - Onsite in Dallas, Texas


3-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment

We’re seeking a Production Designer to join our team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role. Based onsite in Dallas, Texas, this opportunity is perfect for an experienced, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Art Director to bring creative concepts to life and ensure the seamless execution of assets across various print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Art Director to design and develop a wide range of media, including print and digital assets such as promotional flyers, posters, templates, booklets, ads, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and web graphics.
  • Support both creative strategy and executional production work, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and project expectations.
  • Work with team members using project management tools such as Asana and Slack.
  • Leverage skills in color theory, typography, and digital production to ensure quality and consistency across all design assets.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus, as there may be opportunities to contribute to video editing and motion graphics projects.

Top Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Required – Expertise in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
  2. Strong Typography Skills – A solid understanding and application of typography are critical for creating effective designs.
  3. 3–5 Years of Professional Experience – Prior experience as a production designer or in a similar role is highly preferred.
  4. Strong Understanding of Color Usage – Ability to apply effective color theory to create compelling visual designs.
