Job Description
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Department Administrative Support professional to assist in the daily operations of our client’s service department. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and proficiency in administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the initial point of contact, receiving and screening calls and visitors.
Coordinate communication within the office, ensuring efficient workflow between staff, customers, and business partners.
Enter timecards for technicians and reconcile payroll entries before the biweekly payroll cycle.
Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Create and maintain work order jackets for all cost centers.
Scan and organize completed work orders for recordkeeping.
Arrange hotel and flight accommodations as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience handling customer interactions professionally.
Office setting with moderate noise levels.
Frequent sitting/standing for extended periods while using a computer.
Occasional need to walk up and down stairs.
Must adhere to a professional dress code.
Overtime and variable scheduling may be required.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
