Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the day-to-day efforts with key clients and oversee internal project workflows for high-profile Boost Mobile brand initiatives
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day projects, managing communications, asset distribution, and serving as the central point of guidance and support for both internal and client teams
- Oversee diverse work streams, including TVCs, events, retail/shopper initiatives, POS/POP, digital campaigns, and partnerships
- Provide strategic advice to clients and develop innovative ideas and solutions that align with business, marketing, and engagement goals
- Craft meaningful briefs that translate client objectives into actionable insights for the creative team, balancing the dual expectations of both clients and the agency
- Collaborate across disciplines with designers, copywriters, experiential leads, digital and social innovators, and other client service teams to ideate and develop compelling concepts
- Contribute to big idea brainstorming sessions, helping drive innovation within the internal creative team
- Gain deep knowledge of each client's channel, industry, and competitive landscape, staying informed to deliver impactful solutions
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing integrated projects and accounts, including traditional, retail, shopper, digital/social partnerships, and promotional initiatives, in a fast-paced advertising agency environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and client teams simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution across projects
- Skilled in crafting compelling briefs and guiding creative concepts and design work to successful outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for delivering engaging presentations and fostering strong relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Passion for culture, creativity, and advertising, with a bonus for enthusiasm about music and sports
- Strong reputation for managing up, with the ability to keep leadership informed and aligned
- Positive and upbeat attitude, with a shared passion for the work and the people who make it happen. We're looking for team members who bring energy, collaboration, and enthusiasm to everything they do
