WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Global Strategy & Partnership Manager to lead MiQ's Advanced TV capabilities worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President for Advanced TV at MiQ, you will define strategic priorities, collaborate across teams, and build key partnerships to strengthen our competitive edge in the Advanced TV ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy

Support development of the long-term strategic roadmap for MiQ's Advanced TV offerings, integrating industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic investments within the Advanced TV ecosystem.
  • Lead global market expansion initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and regional intelligence.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor outcomes to ensure alignment with revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Partner Management & External Engagement
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with Advanced TV publishers, data providers, and other key collaborators.
  • Drive partnership negotiations and agreements for new initiatives, ensuring efficient and strategically focused contract execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Advise senior leadership, product, and commercial teams to seamlessly integrate Advanced TV solutions into MiQ's broader portfolio.
  • Work with product teams to incorporate market insights and partnership outcomes into the Advanced TV product roadmap
  • Partner with regional teams to implement global best practices and tailor strategies to local market nuances.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to ensure Advanced TV initiatives deliver measurable business impact and sustainable returns

Thought Leadership & Advocacy
  • Champion Advanced TV innovations within MiQ, driving internal adoption and offering strategic counsel across product, trading, and commercial teams.
  • Represent MiQ at industry events and conferences, positioning the organization as a leading voice in the Advanced TV arena.

YOUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-7 years of experience in AdTech or advertising, with a strong background in Advanced TV, CTV, or related domains.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and partnership management, with demonstrated success guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DSP and SSP technologies (e.g., The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Xandr) and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex industry trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple high-impact initiatives and consistently delivering results.
  • A global perspective with experience operating across diverse regions, along with an understanding of cultural, regulatory, and commercial variations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across a global organization.

Pay Transparency

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $140,000-$160,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
