We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our engagement marketing programs. You will design and implement world-class nurture programs for prospects, leads, and customers-turning them into loyal advocates of our platform. Leveraging tools like Marketo and employing tactics such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, you will create impactful campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies. If you're a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in engagement marketing leadership, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
  • Build a comprehensive engagement marketing strategy to guide prospects through their journey-from lead generation to trial, activation, and beyond.
  • Create personalized and scalable campaigns that deliver exceptional experiences across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Leverage insights and data to identify opportunities for engagement and optimize nurture programs.
  • Design and manage campaigns for various customer journeys, including nurturing, onboarding, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Create segmentation strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) to deploy campaigns effectively.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to measure the impact of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall impact.
  • Test and implement new tactics, such as advanced personalization, predictive analytics, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in engagement marketing to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Lead a team of marketers, providing coaching, support, and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven excellence.
About You
  • Have 5+ years of experience in email and/or engagement marketing leadership roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS companies.
  • Are proficient in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot, with a strong understanding of CRM integrations.
  • Have a track record of driving measurable results through multichannel campaigns.
  • Are highly skilled in customer segmentation and email marketing.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Are passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and delivering value at every touchpoint.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and are eager to drive impact.
  • Have a growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
  • Located in Austin, Texas and willing to work in a hybrid capacity.
