The Marketing Manager works closely with business leaders to build and execute a marketing strategy to meet membership and revenue goals. This position will manage the strategy, execution, and reporting for various full-funnel/omni-channel marketing campaigns.
This position is perfect for a Marketing Manager and strategist who wants to work closely with business leaders and serve as a valued advisor to the Managing Director of Peer Sharing, Events and Risk Products, which to whom they will report to. It presents a golden opportunity to hone campaign management skills as part of a service-minded, collaborative team with ambitious goals and plenty of room for innovation.
Responsibilities Developing a deep business knowledge, assessing ProSight's current marketing strategies, and creating campaign plans for products and services. Establish annual campaign strategy process. Planning, developing, executing, measuring, optimizing and managing budget for integrated campaigns aimed at member acquisition, expansion, and retention. Using data and analytics to optimize full-funnel campaigns, evaluating performance across goals and channels. Working with stakeholders to further develop processes and practices for lead qualification, reporting, sales enablement, and measurement (e.g., pipeline conversion). Building campaigns with focused tactics and realistic objectives; determining budget requirements and delivering within budget. Ensuring marketing strategy and objectives are clearly communicated and vetted across internal and external teams to achieve team alignment and shared goals. Compiling and communicating regular reports of campaign performance and results to various stakeholders. Formulating and documenting campaign recommendations and requirements: marketing roadmaps, strategic briefs, campaign briefs, etc. Serving as key point of contact in Marketing for product development, relationship management, and project management leads, to ensure execution of programs to achieve their business goals. Working closely with content leaders to make valuable content a foundation of marketing outreach. Constantly seeking market and industry data and competitive research to assess ProSight's campaign performance and market share; developing new ideas to lead the organization forward. Creating an inspiring team culture that values diversity and innovation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in marketing strategy Proven track record in product marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech, that generates strong business results. Ability to think strategically, communicate persuasively, and ensure excellent execution, including rolling up sleeves as needed to create and send campaigns. Analytical thinking with new ideas for data-driven marketing programs. Proven success working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Solution-oriented, results-driven attitude; hard worker and quick learner. Experience pitching big ideas and making good use of feedback a must. Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create holistic, omni-channel promotional campaigns. Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills.
