We are an innovative electrical contractor seeking a creative and brand-forward Digital Marketer with a passion for sustainability. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence, create compelling digital content, and drive engagement. This is a part-time contract role, up to 25 hours per week, with 95% remote work and 5% on-site work as needed. We offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Manage social media scheduling and calendar planning for timely content distribution.
- Update website content and post monthly blogs on WordPress.
- Create print-ready files for branded collateral and marketing materials.
- Design case studies using existing templates.
- Collaborate on marketing strategy brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain marketing folders and documentation.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
- Prepare and launch newsletters using existing templates.
- Occasionally visit job sites to capture picture/video content.
- Ensure all marketing processes and procedures are up to date.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Passion for sustainability and alignment with Thrive Electrify’s mission.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign—is a plus).
- Experience in B2B marketing and brand strategy.
- Experienced with WordPress for website content updates.
- Knowledge of Zoho suite of products is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a personal computer with necessary software tools.
- Availability for one to two weekly marketing meetings during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
