Your Role in Our Story:

In essence, your role involves:
  • Creating a regional marketing plan to support the ambitious revenue goals for the Americas region, based on the global, corporate Go-to-Market strategy
  • Creating awareness, and develop and implement thought leadership initiatives
  • Running integrated (account-based) programs and owning the forecasting, measurement and analysis of your campaigns
  • Developing and implementing a content strategy for the Americas market, based on the regional & local market and customer needs which you uncover together with the sales teams
  • Executing customer communications campaigns such as webinars, user conferences, round tables
  • Working closely with the global marketing team you will improve conversion of all PPC channels as well as engagement and conversion of the website
  • Providing strategic leadership and mentorship to junior team members, empowering them to contribute to strategic initiatives and grow professionally
  • Serving as a strategic adviser to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform key business decisions and drive long term growth
Your Expertise:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
  • 7-10 years of experience in field marketing or marketing & communications
  • A proven capability to unite Sales and Marketing teams into a single force for growth
  • Experience in running Account Based Marketing programs
  • Success in PR and social media as a means to position the brand
  • Knowledge of modern marketing in reaching B2B audiences
  • A positive, self-starter attitude
  • A hunger to make an impact
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strategic and creative outlook
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on details
  • Motivation to educate stakeholders
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a geographically dispersed team that requires you to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel to Europe
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, including ability to explain analysis to business audiences and effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field


Please note: This role is based in our New York City office and offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for one remote day per week

The base pay range for this position is $135,000-175,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
