Overview/Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact between Conde Nast's internal talent group (TTG), Revenue team (Marketing and Sales), and Legal/Business Affairs team(s) for all client campaigns seeking to engage Employee talent.
- Efficiently review and respond to complex talent requests for client campaigns to properly categorize, track and price based on specific needs of each campaign.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and TTG to clarify requests as needed and ensure all trackers are up to date and accurate.
- Coordinate within the People Team to clear employees for involvement in talent projects and maintain a database of cleared employee talent.
- Complete social media checks on employee talent as part of clearance process
- Liaise with the Legal/Business Affairs team on program details involving insurance and rights including drafting and processing employee talent riders, releases and other business/legal documents relating to the production of content and booking of employee talent
- Liaise with key stakeholders in the Finance departments to manage/track/report all revenue and project/reconcile expenses
- Administer and oversee workflow efficiencies; conduct internal training sessions on process as needed.
- Some understanding of branded content as well as experience pricing talent for
activations including, sponsorships, advertising, paid + organic social posts, video,
events and native is preferred
