Seeking a Graphic Designer with brand experience designing visual content for a global SaaS firm. This client prefers candidates with backgrounds in SaaS (not healthcare, government, etc.) or from a digital agency.

Creativity and Visual Storytelling:
Social media demands eye-catching, engaging designs that tell a story quickly. Graphic designers need to be innovative, using visuals to communicate messages that align with the brand’s tone and appeal to the audience. Understanding of Social Media Platforms:
Each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) has its unique content format, style, and user behavior. Designers must understand the requirements (image sizes, trends, and best practices) to create optimized content for each platform. Proficiency in Design Tools and Software:
Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Canva is essential. Designers should also be familiar with animation or video-editing tools for creating dynamic content like GIFs, stories, and short video clips, which are crucial for social media engagement. Responsibilities:
Design Engaging Visual Content:
Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations that align with the brand’s identity and message. This includes designing posts, stories, banners, and other visual assets tailored for different social media platforms. Develop Consistent Brand Aesthetic:
Maintain and enhance a cohesive visual style across all social media channels. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and logo usage, to create a consistent and recognizable brand presence. Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with social media managers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and messaging. Translate ideas and strategies into compelling visuals that support the brand’s objectives. Adapt Designs for Different Platforms:
Tailor designs to meet the specifications and trends of various social media platforms (e.g., square images for Instagram, vertical formats for TikTok, or thumbnails for YouTube). Ensure designs are optimized for mobile viewing and platform-specific requirements. Stay Updated on Design Trends and Tools:
Keep up with the latest design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging tools or technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. Continuously enhance design skills and explore creative ways to present content to engage the audience.
