Position Summary Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Graduate Marketing and Recruitment, this role is responsible for all aspects of graduate admissions communications, including but not limited to managing the communication team, hiring and training communication student workers, assisting with application processing, creating and maintaining the CRM system within Slate, and overseeing the general inbox for Graduate Admissions. This role will work with office leadership to meet communication goals in accordance with the University’s strategic plan. This position plays a critical role in working closely with vendors (mailing services, document imaging services, Slate, Spark 451, for example). The individual will help to develop strong communication plans for various admissions audiences.
